If you are not entirely satisfied with something you have purchased from us, please return it to us and we will replace it ( with the same or another product of the same value) at no charge to you.
Shipping:
We will generally use air parcel for small orders. In the case of larger orders, we will consult with you as to the preferred form of shipment.
The shipping cost is included in the price - when ordering several items, postage per item may be slightly less.
Shipping Time:
Unless there are several holidays intervening, we normally ship within one week of receiving an order. If you are located in the U.S. or Europe, please allow up to two weeks from mailing for a package to reach you. For all other countries, please be in touch with us
about best shipping method and timing.
